WHO WE ARE

CCSA began as conditioning program for youth, high school, and college athletes. Our primary focus was to improve technique, physical ability, and prepare athletes for the next level of competition in their respective sports. We have since expanded our program to include general fitness conditioning for people who are interested in taking their fitness to the next level.

 

At CCSA, we believe being physically fit is a way of life. It's the key to a happy, healthy lifestyle.  

WHO WE'RE NOT

CCSA is not a "club" fitness center. We don't make sandwiches or have a smoothie bar. We don't have a lounge. We are not a weight room filled with body builders. We are not Crossfit. We do not work out in a "box". We work out in a gym.

WHAT WE DO

At CCSA we work within your abilities. All of our programs are scalable to suit your fitness level. As your physical fitness improves, your workout becomes more challenging. In the gym you see top level athletes working side by side with beginners every day. There is no intimidation here, just a positive, encouraging environment!

 

HOW WE DO IT

CCSA is a no nonsense gym. Each month has a new workout routine, each week has a different focus. Each day works a different part of the body. You will never get bored doing the same thing over and over.
